How Soon After I Sign Up Will I Gain Access to "The Dance Club'
The great thing about "The Dance Club" is that within 15 minutes of signing up you will have access to "The Dance Club" and the workouts so by the time you get changed you can be ready to get started on the workout! All you need to do is go through the introductory lessons showing you around the platform, health and safety etc and then you're ready to go! It's that simple.
Will There Be Access To Nutrition Advice?
I know how important it is to get your nutrition right so that you get the best possible results and over the course of the coming weeks and months I will be adding recipe ideas, meal plan ideas, tips and more to help you reach your goal. The great thing is if you want to go more in depth into nutrition then there is a separate educational tools from a registered dietician and nutritionist that you can get from me too for a fraction of what it would cost to see a registered dietician and nutritionist...just ask and I can send over details.
How often will new workouts be added to "The Dance Club"?
A new workout will be added each month plus individual tracks so you can create your own playlists plus videos and advice on a variety of topics which I feel would help you with your goals.
Will all the workouts be 30 minutes?
Initially all of the workouts will be 30 minutes long, but that doesn't mean if you want to do an hour you can't. You can just double up with two workouts. Going forward I will be listening to your thoughts and comments so that I can provide what YOU want so it can help you achieve YOUR goals. If you want 10 minute booster dance workouts too then that can also be an option going forward.
Can I put suggestions forward for new songs to add to forthcoming workouts?
Yes of course you can. New workouts will be added each month and your suggestions for tracks that you would love to hear would really help as if I don't know what you want then I can't do it for you. This is where the Exclusive online community comes in as I will ask for regular ideas from you so that you get your say going forward.
What exactly is included in the membership?
There are three different Membership options which you will see at the bottom of the page so depending on your budget, motivation levels and goals you can choose the Membership that is right for you.
Will I be able to choose my own songs for my workout?
This is another reason why i'm so excited about The Dance Club. I have set up The Dance Club so that you can choose your warm up, low, medium and high impact tracks, then choose your cool down stretch options. You can either follow the workouts I put together or you can create your own. If you can only do low impact workouts then you can specifically choose as many of the low impact tracks with your warm up and cool down as you wish. If you want to take it up then you have the option too. As the months go by, more and more fat burning tracks and calorie burning workouts will be added. How amazing is that!
